Clarice McCauley

Clarice McCauley is the VP, Head of Legal at Adaptive Biotechnologies, a commercial-stage biotech company that aims to translate the genetics of the adaptive immune system into clinical products to diagnose and treat disease. She is an accomplished legal and compliance executive with more than 25 years of experience in commercial transactions, healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Prior to Adaptive, Clarice spent more than 16 years at Roche Diagnostics in increasingly senior legal and compliance leadership roles, including Ethics & Compliance Director.  She holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, a B.A. in Finance from Ball State University, and certificate from the Mandarin Chinese Language Program from the National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei, Taiwan.  She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.
